Meet the Parking Pros

Ryan Baack

Ryan Baack is the General Manager at Park Cedar Rapids. When he's not managing the downtown parking system, he enjoys fishing, hunting, cooking and spending time with his wife and children.

Lonnie Zingula

Lonnie is the On-Street Parking Manager at Park Cedar Rapids. A native Cedar Rapidian, he and his wife have filled their empty nest with dogs, including a white boxer and a Rottweiler mix with occassional extended visits from their Great Pyrenees/St. Bernard granddog. He enjoys cooking, taking pictures of food, bicycling and announcing local sporting events.

Bill Ender

Bill Ender is the Maintenance Manager for Park Cedar Rapids. As a Cedar Rapids native, Bill shows a lot of pride in downtown Cedar Rapids. He is responsible for making our parking structures a safe and attractive part of the downtown real-estate. He is "proud to have a great team working to keep that goal in focus for our neighbors, parkers, and city." When it comes to down time family is always first, with a wife of over 25 years, two married children, and two grandkids, there is always someone to see and a world of places to visit.

Lori

For over 10 years, Lori has been serving as a Park Cedar Rapids Meter Patrol Officer. When away from work she enjoys riding motorcycles and spending time with her children and three granddaughters.
