CEDAR RAPIDS, IA – December 21, 2022 – Park Cedar Rapids would like to offer free Off-Street Parking in the 3rd Avenue Garage and 4th Avenue Garage to assist the city crews with the impending storm approaching and Snow Emergency declaration. Effective Wednesday, December 21, from 5:00 p.m., until 8:00 a.m. on Monday, December 26. Feel free to keep the snow off your car and our streets clear by using these facilities for free. Please avoid reserved spaces and only park in handicapped spaces with the proper permit.
