Our Cedar Rapids parking apps allow you to easily find and pay for parking from your phone. Choose the app you prefer. Then pay, extend, and manage your parking session with just a few taps.

Passport Parking and ParkMobile can be used at all metered parking locations in Cedar Rapids.

Getting Started is Easy

  1. Download the Passport Parking or ParkMobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play store.
  2. Create an account with your mobile phone number or email address.
  3. Park downtown and look for zone signs with the multiple parking options available listed.
  4. Pay for your parking session from your phone. Zones are as follows:
    • 5241: 10-hour on-street
    • 5243: 2-hour on-street
    • 5244: Off-street lots 3 & 44
    • 5245: 5 Seasons Parkade
    • 5247: Convention Center Parkade
    • 5248: 3rd Ave Ramp
    • 5249: 4th Ave Ramp
    • 5250: GTC Ramp
    • 5251: South Side Ramp
  5. Extend your time remotely (within the maximum time allowed at your parking location) if you’d like to stay longer!
