Off-Street Parking
We offer a variety of off-street parking options to fit the needs of those visiting, living or working downtown.
Off-street public parking current rates are $.75/hr. Select facilities offer your first hour of parking for free (Convention Center Ramp, 3rd Avenue Ramp and 5 Seasons Ramp). For public parking locations click here.
Monthly parking options are available for those who frequently park downtown. For more information about monthly parking click here.
On-Street Parking
Metered parking spaces are enforced 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday
Current metered parking rates: $1.00 per hour in the Core Downtown areas and $0.60 per hour in the Non-Core areas.
Time limitations and restrictions vary at metered parking spaces and are posted at each stall. A map is available here.

Would you like to pay your meter from the comfort of your warm car on a cold February day? How about a text message sent directly to your cell phone when your meter is about to expire? These two great features and many more are now available in the majority of downtown. Look for the Pay by Phone signs on street and at the Luke Multi-space Parking Stations where this option is available.
